Creating Interview Invite Message

To create an Interview Invite Message, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Interview Invites tab > Messaging

  2. Compose your message on the Interview Invite Message text field

    • Mail merge fields

      Click on these buttons to include them automatically.

      • First name {{FirstName}} - the first name of the contact you are sending it to.

      • Last name {{LastName}} - the last name of the contact you are sending it to.

      • Recruiter name - your full name

      • Brand name - your company name

  3. Your message should end with a Yes or No question.

    When a candidate responds Y, they will receive your available schedules. When a candidate responds N, they will receive an "OK. Thank you."

Setting up Follow Up Messages

You can set up automatic follow-up message/s when no response is received from a candidate. Just turn the toggle ON.

  1. When this is turned ON, you can set up to 3 follow-up messages.

  2. To compose the messages, ENABLE the scheduled message boxes.

  3. Once enabled, the message text field and Send after (hours) field will be available for editing.

  4. Compose your message. You can use the mail merge fields.

  5. Input the number of hours when the message should be sent. Only whole numbers are accepted.

  6. You can make 3 follow-up messages, just enable them using the toggle, and input more hours than the previously set.

  7. Click on the SAVE button to save your settings.
