Modifying the Interview Confirmation Email and Event Reminders

After candidates select an interview schedule, they will receive a confirmation email like the one below. And you can modify the additional email content.

On Settings > Calendar, you can update two additional outbound messages: the Additional Email Content on the Interview Confirmation Email and Event Reminders.

The Interview Confirmation Email content can be modified as per below. In this case, for an onsite interview, you might want to include the event location, a contact number, and email so the candidate can call or email you.

And, further down the page, you can turn on Event Reminders.
In the event reminder, you can add a similar message to the one above, with the address, phone number, and email address.


You do have to turn on the reminder, it's turned off by default because it requires customization.
You can also change when the text reminder is sent. We suggest 4 hours before, but that's configurable depending on your needs.
