​Step 1 - Is your GoHire icon showing in the Search bar?

Step 2 - When you click the icon, the Chrome Extension will open. There are some exceptions, where the individual pages can block the extension from loading, but it's not common.

​Step 3 - Once the Chrome Ext opens, click "Add Contact". This will allow you to enter the contact name and number, and then send a text message, send an interview request, or use any of your template messages. The contact will be saved in your GoHire account.
