How to setup your calendar

To update your Calendar Settings, click on Interview Invites Tab then Calendar:

Fields

Description

Available days

  • Sun

  • Mon

  • Tue

  • Wed

  • Thu

  • Fri

  • Sat

Set the days you are available for interviews.

Time

Set the "start time" and "end time" that you are available for interviews.

Timezone

Set your Timezone, all candidate bookings will be based on this.

Interview duration

Set the number of minutes for your interview.

Candidates cannot schedule interviews in

Allows you to prevent candidates from booking an interview with X hours. For example, if you don't want candidates to be able to schedule an interview within 1 hour of the current time, you would set this to 1 hour.

Additional email content

When inviting candidates to your meeting, include a customized interview confirmation email.

Candidates per interview slot

For group interviews, or group events, set this field to create the maximum number of candidates per time slot.

Include store location on email

For companies using Location Matching in Apply by Text and performing on site interviews, checking this box will include the physical address of your location in the notification email. If you are meeting via phone calls, or virtually, do not check this box.

Scheduling Type

  • Random

  • Next Available

Choose Random for individuals with varying schedules or Next Available for immediate interview times.

    Simply tick the checkboxes corresponding the days you are open for interviews.

  2. Time

    Set the "start time" and "end time" that you are available for interviews.

  3. Timezone

    Set your Timezone, all candidate bookings will be based on this.
